Andrew Gallacher has recently been competing in EX51 UAA with two great results;  Galloway Hills Rally in early September saw him finish 7th which was his first time out in the car and then last week-end in the Colin McRae Stages he finished a credible 2nd.   Obviously getting to grips with the car !

Paul has sold his 2002 WRC Ford Focus EX51 UAA (ex-Mark Higgins British Championship car) to Tom Blackwood and is expecting to see the car on the 2018 Scottish Championship. We wish Tom and his team every success for next year.

Our congratulations to Euan Thorburn who was recently crowned 2017 Scottish Rally Champion along with co-driver Paul Beaton. Paul and Richard are looking forward to competing in the 3rd round of the BTRA rally championship this weekend at the Somerset Stages. This will be the first time since their bad accident in 2007, that the pair have competed in as many rallies in such a short space of time.

The Plains rally didn’t quite go according to plan for Euan and Richard at the weekend. Equal to Dave Weston after the first two stages, a puncture on stage 3 cost them dear in time, as did a spin and stall on stage 5. However a great result, the pair achieving a podium finish of 3rd
